Employees show concern and interest in helping Lois and Charles

My brother in law CLIFFORD MCCUNE was a resident of Eagle Ridge for 3 years. The staff was VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY CARING. Clifford had cancer THE NURSING STAFF TOOK GOOD CARE OF HIS NEEDS.The STAFF became part of CLIFFORD life when he needed the most. The ACTIVITIES DEPARTMENT DID A EXCELLENT JOB WITH KEEPING HIM ENTERTAINED WITH GOING FISHING AND GOING ON OTHER OUTING. CLIFFORD WAS SO HAPPY BEING TO AT EAGLE RIDGE THE STAFF BECAME HIS FAMILY. CLIFFORD LOVED ALL OF THE EXCELLENT STAFF MEMBERS. CLIFFORD PASSED AWAY ON JANUARY 30th 2026. THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE EAGLE RIDGE STAFF FOR TAKING GOOD CARE OF CLIFFORD THE MCCUNE FAMILY REALLY APPERICATES THE CARE YOU GAVE HIM. CLIFFORD WILL BE TRULY MISSED THANK YOU

What a great place!! Everytime I step into this home I’m greeted with warmth caring and laughter! Outstanding job Eagle Ridge keep up the goodwork!

My beautiful mother experienced the worst in this nursing home it will be 5 yrs my mom has been gone the staff very rude ur elderly people’s in ther dnt have there own voice to stick up for themself us as a family ws her voice the staff wud stick up for each other and blame my mom and lie for each other’s for her reactions which my mom had dementia pls 🙏 be kinder to ur elderly folks in ther.i wouldn’t even send my dog there it’s just a paycheck to many. And not professional at all

I cannot express the hurt I felt when seeing my dear friend with dementia be so horribly forgotten and hurt with no explanation and never being reported to us. Medications being administered without first communicating to the proper people. Horrible bruising and neglect and coming to find my friend im very dried pee clothes and a rash from not being cleaned. I don’t know what happens in 3 days. Weather staff neglected or management was absolutely neglecting this person. Do not trust this faculty.

They made my Mama’s day (birthday) SO special. 💗 AND for the girls that went above and beyond for my Gramma, I have no words, the happiest of tears for their dedication of care to my family. I could not be more touched and grateful for their generosity during the hardest time in our lives.

This facility just keeps getting better every time I visit! The staff is truly amazing kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about their work. The halls smell clean, the place looks great, and there’s always something going on with tons of activities to keep everyone engaged. I’ve also noticed the kitchen is improving, which is awesome to see. And a huge shoutout to Kira, the administrator she’s been incredibly helpful and always makes sure things run smoothly. I highly recommend this place!

A great place to work always positive attitudes

Didn’t seem as though the room was as clean as it has been in the past.

Good customer service and care for patients. Clean facility. Activities to keep people busy and my daughter loves to come play bingo with her grandma on Saturdays.

I continue to be impressed with Eagle Ridge. As I moved my mom there for the 2nd time and for her to reside there for the rest of her life as she requires 24 hour care. She’s been more active than before when she lived alone . They have taken her to farmers market downtown grand junction , bingo ,other outings etc. as always the staff and administration. I couldn’t be more pleased with Eagle Ridge.

If you’re looking for a positive, safe, fun, and comfortable environment for your loved ones, Eagle Ridge would be my first recommendation! I have nothing but love and respect for all the staff! Everyone works together to make sure residents are well taken care of and having fun. The environment here is truly like one big family! The management, physical therapy, kitchen staff, maintenance, janitors, and nursing/cna staff work their hardest to make everything come together and make residents happiness and well being a top priority!

Heather greeted me when I arrived and happily showed me the way to the person I was visiting. She interacted with the residents along the way and she was a ray of sunshine for each of them. She set the tone for my visit, since that was my first time being in the building.

This is a clean, welcoming and wonderful building to be at. I’ve been to many nursing homes and coming here is very delightful. From the minute I walk in, and as I walk through the building to either visit staff or a resident, the facility is well maintained.

I come to visit a resident. I am met by friendly helpful staff. I am greeted by every person I pass. My friend seems to have her needs met and she is also greeted by staff with a smile and friendly words. However the new sign in station is not user friendly. But, putting it on a box to get it up past the waist would make it significantly better.

All the staff is very friendly and always willing to help out. Everyone does their best to collaborate and communicate to make sure residents get the best care. Management is also always pleasant and helpful!
